We recognize that life can be unpredictable, and you might need to cancel your appointment. If that happens, kindly inform us as soon as possible. Please remember that if you do not provide notice or fail to notify us of your cancellation, the full treatment cost will still be charged.
Cancellations within 48 hours 100% of the balance will be charged
Cancelltions within 72 Hours 50% of the balance will be charged.
Additionally, booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please make sure you can attend your appointment when you book with us!

Age Restrictions
It is against the law to treat anyone under the age of 18.
If you are under 18, you cannot schedule an appointment or receive with Beau. Please bear in mind that all clients are required to show a photographic ID prior to treatment; not doing so will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Treatment restrictions
In rare instances, there may be specific restrictions that suggest it is not safe to proceed with treatment. If you have had Filler from elsewhere previously, please sure you send us over a picture of the area prior to confirm treatment suitability, if we cannot go ahead with treatment due to existing filler, booking fees remain non refundable. Please notify us of any medical conditions, medications, or supplements you are currently taking, as as any allergies you may have, before scheduling your appointment. Not doing so may lead to the forfeiture of your booking fee.
Laser Courses
Please make note!
Laser courses are non-refundable. Failing to book appointments in advance within the suggested timeframe may result in less optimal outcomes. All laser courses are valid for 18 months from the purchase date, as long as appointments consistently scheduled. If circumstances like pregnancy, illness, or medication disrupt your course, please be aware that while courses remain non-refundable, we may extend the expiration date as a goodwill gesture to allow you to resume treatment at a more convenient time.
Payment and Refunds

We accept payments through Cash or Bank Transfer. Bank transfers should be completed the day before your treatment, and payment must be settled before you leave the clinic.
To make your experience more accessible, we offer finance options.

Beau Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment at the therapist's discretion.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any disrespect towards our practitioners and may refuse service if necessary.
